The Senior Benefits Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the America's benefits offerings by administering health and welfare programs, managing leave of absence processes, and overseeing the day-to-day administration of employee benefits. You will ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state and local regulations while providing hands-on support to employees and our HRBP's. Familiarity with Canada, and Brazil LOA regulations is a plus.
