What you’ll do As the Global Benefits Manager for NAMER (U.S. & Canada) as well as for TTD’s Global Programs, you will be responsible for partnering with key leaders across the business to provide scalable benefits to support the business and the People team. This position will be responsible for driving the overall strategy of researching, designing and managing effective, cost-efficient benefits for the U.S., Canada and for TTD’s Global Programs. For U.S. and Canada, this includes all health and welfare benefits, retirement etc. TTD’s global programs include Fertility Benefits, EAP, Financial Wellness, Business Travel Medical and some time off policies for the company. You will be a key member of the Global Benefits team, ensuring an efficient, organized, and high performing team, which delivers a great service to our internal clients. You will liaison and build relationships with the benefits team, employees, managers, legal and the broader Global People Solutions team.
