About The Position

As a Senior Benefits Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience through thoughtful benefits administration, compliance expertise, and operational excellence. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR or benefits administration, preferably in a multistate organization.
• Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), MS Office, and benefits administration platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and carrier integrations.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for improving employee experience and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Administer and evaluate health, wellness, and retirement programs across a multistate workforce.
• Support the implementation of new platforms and technologies to enhance benefits delivery.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, FMLA, and other regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate premium payments and reconciliations.
• Manage day-to-day processing of group benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, FSA, 401(k), and non-qualified plans.
• Lead open enrollment processes including communications, vendor coordination, and employee support.
• Provide analytical insights to improve program effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Maintain documentation for regulatory compliance and annual audits (e.g., Form 5500).
• Interpret FMLA and ADA policies related to leaves and disabilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to employees navigating benefits and wellness options.
