About The Position
The Senior Benefits Analyst will manage the Savings, Retirement, and Pension program administration for both the US and Canada. This role involves ensuring compliance with plan rules and legislative requirements, partnering with outsourced administrators, and leading projects that enhance HR processes and employee experience. The analyst will also handle complex inquiries and escalations, support audits, and drive digital transformation initiatives within the HR function.
