This is a full-time salaried position providing services in our centers, homes and community. We recognize that every BCBA has individual priorities when it comes to work-life balance and compensation. Our salary range is $95,000 to $105,000, with up to $8,000 in additional incentives, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years post-BCBA certification with experience supervising tiered ABA services.
  • Be eligible to supervise candidates under the BACB requirements for BCBA, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Have or have initiated obtaining NJ licensure.
  • Strong supervisory experience specific to assessment and implementation of behavior analytic programs in tiered service models.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including effective communication and solution-oriented problem-solving.
  • Successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Behavior Services Manager in the clinical leadership for the office
  • Mentor and support the Assistant Behavior Analyst and Behavior Analyst roles through case consultations, observations, trainings, and, as applicable, case shares.
  • Mentor, support, and supervise trainees completing fieldwork hours as required by the BACB.
  • Monitor trainee completion of documentation; assign and supervise restricted and unrestricted activities; and oversee completion of their competencies.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments, such as VB-MAPP, ESDM, EFL, PEAK.
  • Design and monitor implementation of treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™).
  • Conduct group trainings and supervisions.
  • Adhere to BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
