Bonterra's Enterprise BDR team is responsible for identifying new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients to discuss their needs and identify solutions provided by Bonterra. This position will be responsible for managing a team of Outbound Enterprise Development Representatives (EDR) who are responsible for generating qualified pipeline through prospecting and referrals. The ideal candidate has experience in both sales and management and can motivate and coach others to exceed expectations.
