About The Position
The Senior BBA Career Coach position is a key member of the BBA Career Education and Coaching team at Texas McCombs, which is housed within McCombs Career Management & Corporate Relations. This role focuses on supporting undergraduate BBA students through personalized career coaching, innovative programming, and data-driven career education initiatives. The Outcomes, Programming, & Assessment Lead will assess and enhance career initiatives to maximize team effectiveness and student engagement. Each Career Coach supports a unique student caseload based on specific BBA majors, industries, and/or special populations.
