Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated sales leadership and/or supervisory experience
- 2+ years of goals-based sales experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing branch operations in a retail banking environment
- Experience in banking or financial services
Responsibilities
- Lead daily branch operations, ensuring strong performance across sales, service, and compliance objectives.
- Drive revenue growth by prospecting new households and businesses while deepening existing relationships; with a focus on business calling/relationship building and business development efforts.
- Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback, performance management, and hands-on leadership; including assisting coaching and developing other Bank Managers.
- Recruit and onboard top talent, building a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and operational policies to effectively mitigate risk.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Execute strategic plans that align with branch goals and hold the team accountable for results.
- Represent the bank in the community, building relationships and supporting local engagement initiatives.
