The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive background checks and investigations to support informed decision-making by hiring managers and HR professionals. The Background Investigator will gather, analyze, and verify information from various sources to create a holistic profile of each applicant, ensuring that their qualifications and character align with the company's standards and the requirements of the position. Ideal candidates will be bilingual in English and Spanish. This role is located in our Rocklin, CA office. The team is on a hybrid schedule and works in-office three days/week. Candidates local to the Rocklin, CA and Greater Sacramento area will be considered in this process.
