and highly impactful. You will be responsible for setting the direction and
architecture of our application. You will work with designers, QA teams, and
other cross-functional teams to go beyond code and influence everything from UI
to project planning.

The Creativity Apps teams is seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer,
with prior experience building v0 to v1 applications. Ideally, you have a
full-stack understanding of apps and can jump in elsewhere if needed. You will
play a key role in bringing our application to production readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of proven experience shipping scalable, maintainable, and testable code to user-facing production
• Deep experience with one or more MVC web frameworks, Java / Python / Ruby, Redis, Kubernetes/DevOps
• Architected high-quality backend systems from the ground up and maintained legacy systems

Nice To Haves

• Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Typescript, Tailwind, HTML/CSS
• Working knowledge of web security and vulnerabilities
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to ask for help, learn from others, and mentor others
