Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend engineering, preferably in large-scale SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Golang; familiarity with distributed systems concepts such as scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and high availability.
• Experience designing and operating production systems, with a focus on reliability and maintainability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate technical concepts and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work pragmatically in an ambiguous environment and prioritize progress over perfection.
• Experience with operational tooling, monitoring, and debugging production systems.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar) and DevOps practices.
• Willingness to participate in structured on-call rotations.
