Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript, with experience in backend development of complex platforms
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• Solid understanding of security best practices and application-level protections
• Experience in blockchain integration and high-availability systems is a plus
• Knowledge of other languages such as Ruby, Rust, or C++ is beneficial
• Experience with message queues, caches, and job queue systems (e.g., Redis)
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for a remote, globally distributed team

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and microservices architecture

• Ensure system performance and responsiveness at scale, supporting global user growth and high-availability requirements

• Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and participate in on-call rotations if required
