The Senior Manager applies a project management approach to marketing programs, leads cross-functional initiatives, and influences organizational priorities through goal setting and performance analysis. As a senior leader, this individual serves as a critical liaison between Marketing, Finance/Fuel, and executive leadership for current and future deals related to card and financial service products offered by RaceTrac. The role also includes mentoring and developing sales talent, shaping regional strategies, and contributing to enterprise-level decision-making. Travel of up to 50% is required.
