About The Position

We are seeking a highly curious and influential Senior Azure DevOps Developer to join our small, dynamic software development team in Atlanta. This is a hands-on, hybrid role pivotal to our modernization initiative, transforming a legacy monolithic, multi-version, single-tenant Azure App Service Plan architecture into a scalable, cutting-edge solution.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in DevOps and software development, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Azure .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Deep expertise in Azure PaaS services, including App Services, SQL Database, Storage, Monitor, and Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of single-tenant and multi-tenant SaaS architecture—plus the challenges and best practices for scaling, security, and long-term maintainability in the cloud.
• A true problem-solver mindset with a passion for leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI) to drive efficiency and code quality.
• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate across teams.
• Proven curiosity, initiative, and innovation—especially in fast-paced, high-visibility modernization projects where quality and productivity matter.
• A proactive, AI-first developer mindset with a drive to make a meaningful impact.
