About The Position

Allianz Technology is seeking a professional in IT & Tech Engineering to join our team. This full-time, permanent position requires a deep understanding of various technical skills and the ability to lead and manage projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, development, and testing, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Requirements

• Understanding of code management and release approaches.
• Experience with monorepo and multirepo strategies.
• Good understanding of functional programming.
• Familiarity with SDLC, DRY, KISS, SOLID principles.
• Knowledge of ABAC, RBAC, JWT, SAML, AAD, OIDC for authorization and authentication.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, such as DynamoDB.
• UI development experience in React, hooks, and TypeScript.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture including queues, streams, and pub/sub systems.
• Knowledge of functional programming concepts like list/map/reduce/compose.
• Understanding of scalability and concurrency.
• Familiarity with network connectivity, proxies, and direct connect.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitFlow, GitHub, and GitOps (Flux, ArgoCD).
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages, with expert level in one (Python, TypeScript, or Golang).
• Fluency in operating Kubernetes clusters from a development perspective.
• Experience in creating custom CRDs, operators, and controllers.
• Experience in developing serverless cloud applications.
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud and basic understanding of Azure cloud.
