About The Position

We are seeking a Expert level AWS Cloud & Agentic AI Engineer to design and build scalable, cloud-native and AI-driven platforms on AWS. This role focuses on developing APIs, MCP servers, and end-to-end agentic workflows using AWS Bedrock AgentCore, with deep integrations across AWS Connect and core AWS services. You will work closely with multiple teams in a complex enterprise environment to deliver secure, production-ready solutions.

Experience with AWS Novasonic, especially when connected to AWS Connect
Experience with AI/LLM-based platforms, agent orchestration, and observability

Responsibilities

Build and operate scalable APIs using AWS Lambda, ECS, and EKS
Design and implement MCP Servers and end-to-end solutions using AWS Bedrock AgentCore (memory, observability, gateway, identity)
Develop and integrate agentic workflows with AWS Bedrock AgentCore
Integrate AWS Connect with AI-driven and agentic workflows
Build and manage infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation and AWS CDK
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Practice and promote spec-driven development, leveraging AI-assisted tools such as Windsurf and SpecIt to accelerate design, implementation, and validation
Collaborate with application, data, security, and platform teams
Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, reliability, and observability
