We are seeking an experienced Senior Aviation Analyst that will provide acquisition and technical support to PEO Aviation customers. In this role, you will assist customers in the development of strategic objectives and in realizing those objectives. You will translate customer requirements into executable plans. To be successful, you will utilize your direct experience managing aviation programs to solve the customer’s most complex problems. You will apply mastery knowledge of a wide range of methods to assess and evaluate the status, effectiveness, and efficiency of programs. This role requires high organization skills, effective communication skills, and strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree
• 20 years of experience in Army Aviation programs
• Strong familiarity with DoD Acquisition policy and practices
• Knowledge of manned and unmanned aviation systems and operations
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• High organization skills
• Effective communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
