We are seeking an experienced Senior Aviation Analyst that will provide acquisition and technical support to PEO Aviation entities. In this role, you will assist customers in the development of strategic objectives and in realizing those objectives. You will translate customer requirements into executable plans. Leads and develops teams to accomplish those plans. To be successful, you will utilize your direct experience managing aviation programs to solve the customer’s most complex problems. You will apply mastery knowledge of a wide range of methods to assess and evaluate the status, effectiveness, and efficiency of programs. This role requires high organization skills, effective communication skills, and strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Requirements
- BS or BA degree
- 10 years of experience in Military Fixed Wing aviation programs (preferably VIP platforms)
- Strong familiarity with defense acquisition policies and practices
- Knowledge of general aviation systems and operations
- Approximately 20% travel
- Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance
