We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer (can be mid level if lower number of years of experience) to perform all aspects of process automation engineering and system integration, including initial concepts, specifications, design engineering, documentation, project implementation, testing, startup, and training of operating and maintenance personnel. You will be a key member of a diverse team of professionals developing solutions for our clients' most complex automation challenges. In this role, you will lead or work on a project team responsible for the design, configuration, and testing of continuous and batch control applications. You will need to understand the project scope and financials, exercising good time management skills to plan and coordinate the work as part of a project team. This includes developing project schedules and budgets in collaboration with project leadership, identifying change orders, and justifying changes to Project Management, ensuring completion of all project deliverables to the satisfaction of the client. Anticipating and providing solutions to project leadership and/or customers will be crucial, giving high priority to customer satisfaction while offering strong technical expertise and advisement as part of the project team. You will also need to adapt to a flexible work schedule and travel, if necessary, to participate in the design, development, and start-up of control systems at the clients' facilities.
