We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Automation Engineer to support the automation systems behind our aseptic manufacturing operations, including manufacturing equipment, inspection and packaging lines, and critical process utilities within a GMP-regulated environment. Your Profile: What You’ll Support • Automated aseptic drug product filling lines, inspection systems, and packaging equipment • Process equipment and critical utilities supporting manufacturing operations • PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, historians, audit trails, and industrial networks • Automation software, IT/OT systems, firmware, hardware, and associated instrumentation • GMP facility automation and site-wide control systems What You’ll Do • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize automation systems across manufacturing and utilities • Support day-to-day GMP operations with timely, compliant issue resolution • Implement system changes, upgrades, and lifecycle improvements • Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Facilities, and Quality teams • Support commissioning, qualification, validation, and data integrity requirements What We’re Looking For • Automation experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing • Strong working knowledge of PLC-based systems and industrial automation platforms • Familiarity with cGMPs, validation, audit trails, and change management • Ability to bridge OT and IT systems in a compliant manufacturing environment • A proactive, detail-oriented engineer with strong problem-solving skills Why Join Us • Work with state-of-the-art aseptic filling and automation technologies • Make a direct impact on patient safety and product quality • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits • Long-term growth in a modern, high-tech manufacturing organization Help automate medicines that matter—and see the impact of your work beyond the factory floor.
