The Senior Automation Analyst at Toyota's Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence (RPA CoE) is responsible for delivering intelligent business automation across the enterprise. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance internal processes, increase productivity, and improve the overall team member experience. The analyst will support the RPA CoE's objectives by facilitating discussions with various internal teams and managing automation projects effectively.

  • Support the delivery and sustainment of process automation across the enterprise by understanding business needs and requirements.
  • Facilitate and lead the RPA governance process and track deliverables from key business partners.
  • Engage with internal TMNA IT groups to achieve project deliverables.
  • Partner with vendors and teams to leverage emerging automation trends and capabilities.
  • Manage internal and external dependencies and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver automation objectives.
  • Act as a champion for Automation to increase visibility and adoption across the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in Robotic Process Automation including development, business analysis, and/or support.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in business automation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to understand automation needs.
  • Ability to develop productive working relationships with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Strong organization, process development, and problem-solving skills.
  • UiPath Automation Developer Professional certification.
  • Knowledge of UiPath suite of products including Deployment Architecture, Automation Cloud, Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, AI Centre, Action Centre, Insights, Test Manager, Automation Ops, and Computer vision.
  • Experience with other automation tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and AI tools.
