Through our structured management development program, we attract top talent, cultivate leadership competencies, and enhance business and technical acumen, developing successful UPS managers. Our two-year Audit Leadership Accelerator Program (ALA) prepares professionals for management roles through rotations in five audit areas: finance, operations, technology & cyber, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and regulated sectors like airlines and healthcare. Participants learn about our business, assess risks, evaluate controls, and identify improvements to support growth and mitigate risks. Designed to develop leadership competency, financial and operational knowledge, and technical audit and accounting acumen, the ALA program also incorporates data analytics competencies, coaching and development skills, and written and verbal communications creating a strong foundation for future career growth.
