Senior Auditor (Assurance Senior) (Multiple Positions) (1681687), Ernst & Young LLP (EY Guam), Tamuning, GU. Implement planned audit procedures and programs for substantial sections of an audit to enable the firm to render an opinion on the financial statements of our clients. Plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that compiles with professional standards and appropriately address risk. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them in performing audit procedures within the allotted time. Perform detailed review of financial statements and other schedules required by regulatory agencies. Coordinate with cross functional teams such as IT Audit and Tax Specialists to ensure the timely execution and completion of audit. Apply new and emerging developments in accounting in servicing clients. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, plus 3 years of related experience.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance or a related field, plus 2 years of related experience.
  • Must have 2 years of recent audit experience with a public accounting firm working on industry clients, or business/industry experience with clients.
  • Must have 2 years of experience planning and executing on audits of internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Must have 2 years of experience planning, executing, and reporting on audits of financial statements.
  • Must have 2 years of experience in the use of audit documentation software.

  • The base salary for this job is $51,500.00 per year.
