About The Position

To own and lead Yondr group audit programme to enable the successful delivery of business strategy, objectives and targets. Ensuring corporate adherence to regulatory compliance, improving operational efficiency and performance and achieving commercial success. The employee has excellent working knowledge of ISO’s & SOC2 that apply to the ownership, development and management of data centre facilities. This role will be responsible for the management and maintenance of integrated management systems across the business and their associated audits.

Requirements

  • A Lead Auditor qualification and/or strong knowledge of ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO27001, ISO23001, ISO 50001 & SOC2 Type 2
  • Experience in Business Assurance or Quality Management within the data center sector.
  • Lean practitioner or six sigma (Green/Black Belt)
  • Knowledge of Kaizen events and CI activities
  • Experience in setting a strategy for an expanding business unit.
  • Proven track record of forming and leading various project teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate people to drive the business forward and achieve business goals
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Leadership and management experience at a senior level
  • Member of CQI or other recognized professional body.
  • Excellent presentation skills / ability to ensure best practice is heard across the business
  • Willingness and ability to travel (EMEA, US & Canada)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Group Audit Programme and lead and prepare multi disciplinary teams for company audits, assessments and inspections from all accreditation bodies and customers.
  • Ensure the company remains compliant with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 23201, 50001, SOC2 Type 2 and any other required standards to which the company subscribes and promote the company vision and values.
  • Budget setting and control of external auditing and any consultancy for the audit programme and report to the HSE VP.
  • Lead and develop the audit programme delivery, and dotted line responsibility for practitioners within the business.
  • Create, assign and drive the closure of audit improvement plans following external and internal reviews and ensuring the plans are being managed.
  • Work closely with global cross departmental teams to seek out, review and implement any opportunities for improvement initiatives.
  • Be an advocate of business assurance, continuous improvement and industry recognized best practices.
