About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join a growing public accounting team focused on collaboration, professional development, and high-quality client service. This role provides direct exposure to firm leadership and the opportunity to work closely with Audit & Assurance managers while managing key components of client engagements.
The ideal candidate is CPA-eligible (CPA preferred) with at least three years of public accounting experience and strong technical expertise in audit and assurance services. This position offers high-visibility responsibility without the traditionally excessive hours often associated with public accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required (Master’s preferred)
• CPA eligibility required; CPA license preferred
• Minimum of three (3) busy seasons providing audit and assurance services
• At least one busy season experience at the senior associate or supervisor level
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• High proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Commitment to continuous learning, ethical standards, and client service excellence

Nice To Haves

• Preferred industry experience in construction, manufacturing/distribution, technology, and/or M&A

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage audit and assurance engagements
• Work directly with managers and partners to deliver high-quality client service
• Complete engagement tasks and project components efficiently and accurately
• Supervise and mentor junior staff during engagements
• Prepare and review financial statements and audit documentation
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to clients
• Support business development and client relationship efforts
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies
