About The Position

Amica is seeking a Senior Audiovisual Specialist to join the team in Lincoln, RI. The selected candidate will be responsible for the design, setup, operation, and maintenance of audiovisual, meeting technology, and videoconferencing equipment throughout the enterprise. This role requires a strong understanding of technology trends in the audio/visual and teleconferencing industries. The position will initially require full-time presence in the office, with a potential hybrid schedule available after training.

Requirements

  • College degree with focus on technology preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years or equivalent work experience in AV and/or meeting technology.
  • Proficient with audiovisual and computer production hardware & software.
  • Strong technical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel as necessary.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Photoshop, Lightroom, Media Encoder, and Premiere.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, setup, operate, and maintain audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment.
  • Develop good relationships with internal clients for high-quality presentations.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment for meetings and events.
  • Ensure all AV hardware is maintained, updated, and functional.
  • Support platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex for virtual meetings.
  • Assist speakers with presentation needs including slide decks and lighting.
  • Manage live broadcasts and recordings of corporate meetings and events.
  • Provide real-time AV support to resolve technical issues.
  • Work with IT teams and vendors for AV system integration.
  • Educate employees on AV equipment usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for equipment rentals and upgrades.
  • Manage operations of digital signage and video delivery platforms.
  • Support video production including setup and operation of cameras and editing.
  • Administer the Digital Asset Management platform.
  • Serve as a liaison with Corporate Information Systems.
  • Encode, distribute, and archive video and audio programs.
  • Handle other duties as required.
