About The Position

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a remote Family Law Senior Associate Attorney to join our San Antonio, TX Office (remote but must reside near San Antonio to attend hearings or meet with clients in the office). Requirements

• Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
• Active admission to the Texas State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
• Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, and handle depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
