Alabama Ag Credit is a financial institution that provides financing for agriculture, agribusiness and rural real estate purchases and improvements. The institution is headquartered in Montgomery with ten offices that service the lower 40 counties of Alabama. With $1.5 billion in assets, the institution is a cooperative and part of the nationwide Farm Credit System. The Senior Attorney will work closely with and serve as legal advisor to the Executive Team on transactional and compliance matters. Provide legal counsel across the association, analyzing issues, advising on regulations, and recommending actions that protect the association’s legal interests. At the discretion of Alabama Ag Credit, position may be offered at alternate titles and other business experience may be considered relevant.
