The Senior Attorney Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring of lateral partners, senior counsel and associates as well as entry-level and summer associates in assigned offices. This position has primary responsibility for effectively managing our lateral partner recruiting efforts in assigned offices (Chicago and Denver). The incumbent in this position reports to the firm's Director of Legal Recruiting and works closely with section, practice group and office leadership to recruit, hire and integrate attorneys at all experience levels.
