About The Position
The Senior Attorney will represent Burns & McDonnell interests and advise all global practices on engineering, construction and/or design-build contract and legal issues pertaining to current, future, and past services provided as a professional engineering consulting organization. This position will provide executive legal advice and counsel to project teams in furtherance of the Company's business (or the Company's affiliates that are managed by the Company), including transactional and operational matters, and will work with field personnel to manage legal issues.
