Planning plays a key role on the Nike Energy team. You will partner closely with Merchandising, Marketplace, Operations & Marketing to build seasonal plans that fulfill strategic goals and meet consumer needs. We are looking for a Senior Assortment Planner to build clear, end‑to-end, bottoms‑up assortment plans grounded in profitability, productivity, and consumer‑centric offerings. Because this role operates within Nike Energy—a fast‑paced, test‑and-learn environment rooted in sneaker and fashion culture—it requires comfort with change and an openness to a less traditional, highly dynamic planning role. Nike Energy moves fast—and planning is at the center of how we win. In this role, you’ll build clear, end‑to-end assortment plans that tell the seasonal story while delivering profitable, consumer‑centric line plans. Your forecasts and planning decisions will translate consumer demand into supply chain action—informing manufacturing, inventory flow, and in‑season pivots. You’ll partner closely with your cross-functional partners to align product opportunities to future financial plans and ensure the strategy is clearly communicated and actionable.
