The Role We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Investment Team. You will play a critical role in evaluating and executing investment opportunities across the healthcare services spectrum. You will support the Investment Team throughout the deal lifecycle including market research and financial analysis to due diligence, structuring, and closing. This role requires exceptional analytical capabilities, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex transaction processes. You will work closely with Senior Investment Professionals, Management Teams, External Advisors and Due Diligence Providers to close high-quality opportunities that align with the firm’s strategy and drive long-term value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare services private equity or investment banking
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize and articulate complex concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial judgment and rigorous attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • High integrity, professional maturity and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong project-management and prioritization capabilities
  • Experience with business diligence, data processing and research tools

Responsibilities

  • Investment Analysis: Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative assessments of new investment opportunities, including cash flow modeling and valuation.
  • Due Diligence: Lead transaction diligence processes, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors to assess commercial, legal, financial and tax risks.
  • Transaction Execution: Manage transaction timelines and prepare investment memoranda for internal investment committees.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in private equity by tracking pricing benchmarks, monitoring relevant transaction closings and providing insights to inform investment strategy.
  • Portfolio Management: Support ongoing monitoring of existing portfolio, including performance tracking, valuation updates and exit planning.
