The Security Incident Response Engineering (SIRE) team sits at the heart of protecting the enterprise, blending deep technical expertise with fast-paced, real-world problem solving. This team designs, engineers, and operates the tools and platforms that detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents across the environment—working hands-on with leading endpoint, network, and threat intelligence technologies. From driving modernization initiatives and rolling out next-generation security capabilities, to partnering closely with cybersecurity operations, network security, and infrastructure teams, SIRE plays a critical role in reducing risk and strengthening resilience at scale. How will you make an impact in this role? The Tech Project Management role within the Security Incident Response Engineering team is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering security initiatives that support enterprise risk reduction and secure technology adoption. This role partners closely with security engineering, security operations, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure security projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to lab standards. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related areas; or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or delivery roles
  • Hands-on experience supporting information security, technology risk, cloud, or infrastructure initiatives
  • Working knowledge of core information security concepts (e.g., governance, risk, controls, cloud security fundamentals)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical updates into clear status reporting

Responsibilities

  • Develops project plans and ensures that the scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders
  • Identifies and tracks key project achievements
  • Monitors risks and impediments to project delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams and escalates issues as necessary
  • Facilitates technical discussions related to architectural approach and system design, documenting solutions
  • Creates and analyzes relevant portfolio and team-level metrics to provide insights into delivery and execution
  • Supports product and engineering teams in building implementation roadmaps and manage dependencies cross-functionally
  • Consolidates inputs for leadership updates on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery
  • Identifies opportunities for improvements to the delivery process and supports teams in redesigning process flows, ensuring documentation best practices are followed
  • Support senior team members by organizing evidence collection, tracking requests from internal and external auditors, maintaining audit schedules, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Help monitor audit findings, control gaps, and remediation action items by maintaining logs, following up with control owners, and providing status updates to ensure timely closure and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between various teams to gather inputs, clarify compliance requirements, and support consistent execution of audit and compliance-related tasks across the organization.
