About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is in search of a Talent Management Senior Associate. With limited supervision, the Senior Associate is responsible for the creation of project plans, preparation of reports, analysis of data and metrics, presentation of findings, and the provisioning of administrative and program support for the Talent Management Office. This position will demonstrate subject matter expertise, ownership, and accountability for complex assignments across the Talent Management domain. They must work in a highly matrixed environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders in order to deliver highly effective and efficient talent management tools, processes, resources, and high-quality support. This will be a hybrid position, reporting to our Global Support Center in Pennsauken, NJ 1-2 x per week, and as needed for meetings.

Requirements

  • Four (4) year college degree.
  • Two (2) years' successful experience in a talent management related field.
  • Prior health care and home care experience a plus.
  • Workday experience a plus.
  • Possesses effective project management skills including the ability to facilitate and organize.

  • Proficient in basic business software applications required to perform job functions.
  • Demonstrates excellent leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.

  • Understands the company's organizational structure, financial status, and operational goals/objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of BAYADA's mission, services, people, organization, and policies.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support and execute strategies to ensure successful completion of the Talent Management office's routine work plan or special projects.
  • Seek out, build and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships and alliances internally and externally in ways that accomplish key business objectives; and help others to do the same.
  • Ensure alignment with BAYADA's Practices and build high level of trust with key stakeholders across the people group and business units in which they serve.
  • Demonstrate a strong internal customer and partnership focus with leaders at all levels.
  • Provide management of project plans, communication plans and strategic communication objectives for the Year-End Performance Review (YEPR) and Talent Review processes.
  • Research best practices, complete external benchmarking, and work with internal business partners to continuously improve BAYADA's performance management and talent review processes, as well as other talent programs such as mentoring, coaching, and competency development.
  • Research, create, and provide resources, timing, training and support for talent processes.
  • Schedule and independently coordinate logistics for all Talent Management Office's sessions (e.g., training, information sessions, Strategic Talent Partner meetings, etc.).
  • Coordinate logistics for all talent assessments (360 feedback, DISC, etc.), including vendor management.
  • Create and provide maintenance of policies, practices and procedures related to the Talent Management Office's Talent Functions.
  • Organize and prepare all templates and tools used for Talent Management Office sessions (i.e., Talent Reviews, YEPR and goal setting webinars, etc.).
  • Perform special projects: prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint), maintain the TMO website.
  • Compile and analyze the data and summarization of information recorded for all Talent processes providing the appropriate outputs to business partners.
  • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Year-End Performance Review for Office Staff.
  • Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
