As a key member of the Publicis Groupe US Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will play a critical role in enabling and optimizing recruitment operations across the U.S. In close partnership with TA Operations Leadership, you will support the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of TA processes, policies, systems, and best practices. This role will focus on driving operational excellence by managing and enhancing recruitment tools, ensuring data integrity, and supporting process compliance. You will also contribute to broader Talent initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate workflows across the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing through onboarding—and executing project plans that bring these improvements to life. You are a process-oriented individual with an understanding of the recruitment process. You thrive in a fast-paced setting with multiple prioritized work streams, and are a collaborative, resourceful team player. You understand how to manage multiple stakeholders and can adjust your approach and communication strategy to influence your audience. You are accountable, proactive, and excited to innovate.
