About The Position
PayPal has been revolutionizing commerce globally for more than 25 years, creating innovative experiences that make moving money, selling, and shopping simple, personalized, and secure. As a Senior Associate in the Corporate Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in supporting PayPal's leadership in making strategic decisions that will guide the company's future. This position is highly visible within the organization, with clients including PayPal's senior global executives, such as the CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of PayPal's overall strategy as well as the strategies for individual business units. You will assist in the execution of strategic projects that are core to PayPal's strategy, helping to develop documents that facilitate cross-functional discussions and communicate effectively with Senior Management. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you conduct and lead both qualitative and quantitative analyses to support deliverables. Additionally, you will provide thought leadership by developing and articulating PayPal's position on long-term strategic issues, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the payments industry. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and superior communication skills to deliver tangible results and influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
