The Opportunity - Senior Associate, Paid Social The Senior Associate, Paid Social will play a pivotal role in leading and managing paid social marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for fine-tuning their understanding of search, taking on more day-to-day management responsibilities, and supporting the team in achieving campaign goals. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of paid search marketing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. A strong analytical mind is essential for this role, as the candidate will need to analyze data and identify trends to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2+ year relevant paid social management experience
  • Hand on keyboard experience with Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software, most importantly excel
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new software and tools
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically, passion for A/B testing
  • A results-driven professional with a passion for learning and a desire to success in a fast-paced agency setting
  • Actively seeks out opportunities to learn and develop new skills
  • Enjoys working in a team environment and contributes to a positive team dynamic
  • Strong communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid social campaigns: Oversee the implementation of day-to-day activities and provide updates to the team
  • Billing: Support the team in monthly billing and reconciliation process and protocols
  • Conduct analysis: Analyze search query data to identify optimization opportunities and make recommendations.
  • Monitor performance: Track account performance, identify trends, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Create assets: Lead the creation of paid social keyword and ad copy creation
  • Support team members: Train and mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Contribute to reporting: Assist in the creation and analysis of performance reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Act as a quality assurance check for the account and excel workbooks
