We'll provide you with on-the-job training for the machinery you'll be working with.

Responsibilities

• Assist associates with any connectivity, display, software, or hardware issues
• Assist in troubleshooting machines prior to technician escalation
• Maintaining employee performance and behavior
• Conducting Start of Shift Responsibilities
• Conducting During Shift Responsibilities
• Create Fiix Tickets when deemed necessary
• Inform Team Lead of production choke points
• Ensuring PPE Procedures (personal protective equipment) are being followed
• Communicate department challenges with the Team Lead
• Conducting end-of-shift responsibilities
• Leads the department if the Team Lead is absent
• Assists with lower-level duties to fill the production gap
• Other ad hoc duties as necessary as assigned by the Team Lead and/or Floor Lead
