KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

  • Participate in pre-sales engagements to determine the business requirements and recommend the optimal solutions based on the client needs along with the development estimations.
  • Guide and collaborate with the client including the development team with the Salesforce best practices and standards around design and architecture.
  • Gather requirements and effectively prepare Business process, process flow analysis, configuration workbook, data models, detail functional designs, project plans and executive summaries.
  • Collaborate with the offshore development team to effectively prepare the technical design documents and own the overall design of the technical application by mapping business requirements to the Salesforce technical requirements and upload them into project tracking software tool (Jira/ Copado/ Confluence).
  • Work closely with Technical/Solution lead and development team in writing technical specs and delivering the requirements along with identifying any gaps/risks on the project with a plan to minimize them.
  • Minimum three years of recent experience in providing end-to-end customer insight and analytics, data modeling, market research, voice of customer and/or digital marketing strategies.
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, economics, math, statistics or a related field from an accredited college/university; Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Hands-on experience working with system integrations using the API form within the Salesforce platform in addition to integrations with other systems using middleware such as MuleSoft, SOAP, REST, Web Services, Direct API Calls and SOA/Integration technologies.
  • Experience with the Force.com development platform: Apex Code (Triggers, Controllers and Batch classes), Visualforce pages, Web Service APIs and the Lightning Platform (Aura /LWC framework), triggers, SOQL, SOSL, DevOps Stack (SFDX, Git, Jenkins) and several code deployment tools as well as a firm understanding of Object-Oriented Programming methodologies, Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA), design patterns and development best practices, data architecture, data management and platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
  • Knowledge with customer experience management and process improvement for marketing, sales and go to market strategy, customer profitability analysis, customer strategy business transformation, customer retention and cross sell design and program implementation, customer engagement roadmap development and cross channel campaign management alignment.
  • Preferred experience in financial services industry including banking, capital markets, or insurance.
  • Experience with solution development on the Salesforce.com platform, including Financial Services Cloud, Sales and Service Clouds, Experience Cloud and Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Platform Developer certifications.
