About The Position

We are excited to announce an opening for a talented Senior Associate to join our Compensation Enhancements team. We are a team of Total Rewards leaders who enable game-changing business results by bringing a data-driven approach to compensation that is designed to unleash greatness in our associates. Our team is responsible for delivering compensation for the entire organization including but not limited to designing, testing, and executing compensation automation initiatives in Workday and other HRIS systems and risk related processes. This team is also responsible for enterprise compensation risk related activities and is accountable for delivering a great associate compensation experience throughout the year by ensuring timely and accurate data and identifying and implementing automation and experience enhancements across the enterprise. We are looking for a team member who can help us deliver on our goal to be operationally efficient and meet the needs of our customers. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in Compensation or at least 1 year of experience in Finance or at least 1 year of experience in Analytics, or a combination
  • At least 1 year of experience in Excel or Google Sheets

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Human Resources
  • 2+ years of experience in Compensation, or 2+ years of experience in Finance, or 2+ years of experience in Analytics, or a combination
  • 2+ years of experience with Excel and developing data-based stories in PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • 2+ years of experience in a client consulting
  • 1+ year of experience with agile delivery
  • 1+ year of experience with Workday or Workday Advanced Compensation module
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Process Engineering experience especially with continuous improvement, automation, and optimization

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of automation initiatives to streamline compensation risk activities
  • Build and execute data integrity identification and validations models to ensure high level of accuracy
  • Conduct compensation data audits
  • Perform compensation control testing
  • Support initiatives that drive business strategy, deliver exceptional experiences, and produce the data and reporting needed to drive operations and deliver meaningful insights
  • Support ongoing work related to creating or updating job codes and its attributes in order to support business and compensation teams
  • Write business requirements for new system functionality and reporting
  • Manage testing (strategy, scenarios, and user acceptance), assist with troubleshooting system issues
  • Make recommendations to clients on continuous improvement, automation and simplification opportunities
  • Help clients understand root cause for systems-related incidents and what requirements are needed to address gaps
  • Support the development of plans, educational materials, and communications designed to provide associates, managers, compensation consultants, and HR partners with timely and accurate information
  • Partner with cross functional teams such as Compensation, HR Tech, Product, and the Help Center to deliver solutions and provide subject matter expertise on processes
