We are excited to announce an opening for a talented Senior Associate to join our Compensation Enhancements team. We are a team of Total Rewards leaders who enable game-changing business results by bringing a data-driven approach to compensation that is designed to unleash greatness in our associates. Our team is responsible for delivering compensation for the entire organization including but not limited to designing, testing, and executing compensation automation initiatives in Workday and other HRIS systems and risk related processes. This team is also responsible for enterprise compensation risk related activities and is accountable for delivering a great associate compensation experience throughout the year by ensuring timely and accurate data and identifying and implementing automation and experience enhancements across the enterprise. We are looking for a team member who can help us deliver on our goal to be operationally efficient and meet the needs of our customers.
