We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Reconciliation to join our Managed Account Solutions team. This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
· Complete in-depth data analysis of reconciliations, identify trends, perform complex root cause analysis, and execute on recommendations
· Lead reconciliation engagements across business areas, ensuring consistent practices and outcomes
· Review and oversee technical testing and implementation of reconciliation software; conduct complex testing and validate implementation code
· Review, analyze, and present conclusions, recommendations, and updates to senior staff
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
· 5–7 years of total work experience; experience in financial services preferred
· Strong ability to decipher complex root causes of reconciliation breaks and interpret detailed data analyses
· Experience with reconciliation software testing, implementation validation, and oversight of testing performed by junior staff
· People leadership experience preferred
