About The Position

As the Real Estate Strategy & Analytics Senior Associate, you will be the analytical engine driving Wonder’s physical expansion. You will own the data models, market prioritization frameworks, and performance feedback loops that define our growth trajectory. Your mission is to ensure the Real Estate development team is equipped with data-driven insights to identify high-potential sites and optimize our delivery footprint across the US.

Requirements

  • 4 + years of experience in Real Estate Strategy, Analytics, or Management Consulting within a high growth environment.
  • Mastery of excel for financial and predictive modeling
  • High proficiency in Geospatial software (eg. ArcGIS Pro or similar)
  • Proven experience building and managing dashboards in Looker or similar tools
  • Skilled at translating technical analysis into decision-ready narratives for leadership and across functional partners
  • You have a strong eye for detail, able to identify potential risks or callouts for each potential sites
  • You have strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop prioritization framework for all US markets, identifying top-tier DMAs and sub-markets based on demographic requirements
  • Provide detailed analytical reviews and data-backed assessments for all sites under consideration, ensuring they align with the broader expansion roadmap.
  • Maintain strategy files and internal databases, ensuring all pipeline activity is accurately reflected and compliant with established market strategies.
  • Prepare for monthly strategy meetings and publish comprehensive reports to evaluate strategy changes
  • Serve as the internal lead for geospatial and site-selection tools, overseeing model updates, delivery zone updates, user adoption, and team training.
  • Evaluate store performance against projected models; analyze ramp curves and sub-metric trends to refine site-selection criteria.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor locations and white space opportunities
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of store sales versus predicted sales to identify drivers of success and inform future site-selection frameworks.
