As a Senior Quant Analytics Associate - Business Intelligence within the Asset and Wealth Management, you will focus on partnering with sales teams to drive more effective distribution through client analytics. You will work closely with sales management to measure the health of the business, make informed data-driven strategic recommendations, and deliver intelligence in the hands of the sales teams. The ideal candidate has experience working with large data sets, is highly-driven, detail-oriented, analytical, organized and an effective communicator. The Global Business Intelligence and Analytics team has grown exponentially over the last 10 years as the organization has matured from data-guided to data-driven. Our team's input is critical not only in the analysis stage of objective-setting but also through the enablement and execution of those objectives. The team's remit spans across developing sales/marketing enablement applications, data modeling, sales and marketing strategy, predictive analytics and more.
