About The Position

Aerojet Rocketdyne, an L3Harris Technologies Company, is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas. Essential Functions: Assists department in handling, organizing, and maintaining shipping documentation. Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects or assignments. Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized. Expected to propose solutions to problems for others review. Works under moderate supervision to set objectives for own job area.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a US security clearance
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to maintai n 5S+1 work area and implement and enforc e Lean manufacturing principles.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of prior related experience.
• Graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Strong knowledge and experience with preparing and handling documentation for the sale of aerospace products.
• Hands-on-experience in Document ation/Records Management or Configuration Management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Document management, or equivalent, software.
• Knowledge of, or experience with , government -related document submissions ( examples, WAWF DD250, WARP entry, ADC submissions )
