We are seeking a Senior Associate, Provider Network Operations to own and optimize high-impact operational work streams within the provider lifecycle. The Role This role is built for an experienced operator who thrives in complexity and takes ownership beyond task execution. You will partner cross-functionally across Clinical, Member Operations, Workforce Planning, Finance, Product, and Legal to deliver measurable improvements in activation, availability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ownership of programs or work streams, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong process discipline and a bias toward operational rigor
  • Comfortable working with data — able to analyze trends, build reporting, and translate insights into action
  • Confident operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
  • Comfortable in core operational systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, Looker, Zendesk, or similar platforms)
  • Continuously optimize systems you create, so they require less manual input over time while delivering greater results.
  • This role requires active work authorization in the US.

Nice To Haves

  • experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Scribe AI, GPT copilots) to streamline your own work and empower others.

Responsibilities

  • Own critical components of the provider lifecycle, driving readiness to see members on the platform, operational reliability, and scalable growth
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that accelerate time-to-platform and strengthen provider engagement
  • Leverage data to track lifecycle KPIs, surface trends, and inform decisions related to cost, availability, and retention
  • Improve systems and workflows through automation and process design, reducing manual work and operational risk
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and uphold compliance, governance, and quality standards for Maven providers
  • Operate with a “no task too big or too small” mindset — owning work end-to-end, from hands-on execution (e.g., data entry, case resolution) to leading initiatives that improve processes, systems, and overall operational performance

Benefits

  • Maven for Mavens: access to the full platform and specialists, including care for mental health, reproductive health, family planning and pediatrics.
  • Whole-self care through wellness partnerships
  • Hybrid work, in office meals, and work together days
