About The Position

Within the Premium Products & Experiences (PPX) organization, the Guest Experience team is responsible for executing the enterprise-wide vision for Capital One Lounges and Landings. We design and build world-class properties, set the gold standard for guest experience, and grow our network across the U.S.—all with the goal of redefining the premium travel market. To support this vision, Capital One is hiring a Property Coordinator based in Dallas to join our Guest Experience team. In this new and dynamic role, you will be the primary steward of our Dallas lounge infrastructure—ensuring our facilities are pristine, our proprietary technology is seamless, and the partner-led operations remain in strict compliance with all airport and regulatory requirements. You are the bridge between our high-level strategy and the daily physical reality of our lounge environment, ensuring the lounge environment maintains the brand integrity and premium experience our customers expect.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, property management, luxury hospitality operations, or high-end retail management
  • At least 3 years of customer facing operations experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Google Suite or project management software (Jira, Asana, or Smartsheets).
  • Proven ability to hold third-party partners accountable to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Comfort deploying and troubleshooting consumer-facing technology, including POS systems, networking hardware, and proprietary software.
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple workstreams, from small-scale maintenance repairs to large-scale furniture refreshes and tech deployments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical or facility-based issues into clear updates for the Guest Experience leadership team.
  • This is an on-site, in-person role at the Capital One Lounge at DFW, located in Dallas Fort Worth Airport. Note - this is a client facing, property oversight role. The expectation is for this candidate to be physically present in the airport lounge to monitor lounge infrastructure and third-party operations 4 to 5 days a week.
  • Candidates will have the opportunity for flexible working hours and shifts.
  • Candidates will be expected to work select evenings and weekends.
  • Travel may be required (<15%)
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including on-call support for overnight facility repairs or vendor coordination
  • Ability to pass necessary background checks for airport security badging and access

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, luxury hospitality operations, or high-end retail management
  • 2+ years experience in Process or Project Management
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • Preferred experience working within highly regulated environments (e.g., airports, government facilities, or luxury residential or hotels) with an understanding of compliance and security protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and audit Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with a property service firm to ensure a premium, stable, and high-functioning lounge environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for account management and technical teams within facilities management partner organizations.
  • Partner with the Design and Construction team on special project delivery, including FF&E ( furniture, fixtures, and equipment ) repair/replacement and third-party maintenance oversight.
  • Coordinate and oversee third-party partner’s response to facility-based outages and emergency repairs, including coordination of overnight work and irregular operating hours.
  • Manage the deployment, security, and maintenance of Capital One proprietary hardware and software for lounges in partnership with our Network Services and Digital Product teams.
  • Ensure designated storage and logistics areas for in-airport and off-site facilities are maintained in compliance with lease and safety standards
  • Audit and maintain compliance for all local business licenses, permits, and airport operating agreements.
  • Enforce strict adherence to airport lease requirements, including security protocols, badging, access control, and emergency procedures.
  • Manage reporting cycles for passenger load data and financial metrics to airport authorities and operators to ensure contractual transparency.
