The Rewards and Benefits Governance team is part of the PPX organization and is responsible for establishing and maintaining well-managed practices. The team ensures that standardized requirements are consistent across all Rewards and Benefits new intent regardless of Channel, Platform or Line of Business. As a Senior Project Manager of Rewards and Benefits Governance at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to ensuring consistent experiences for customers who take advantage of a wide variety of Rewards and Benefits. You'll team with world-class professionals and leaders across the card businesses to develop and implement strategies that are central to delivering business outcomes that meet customers' needs and expectations. Success in this role will require the ability to adapt to change quickly, create efficiencies and to influence decisions with both internal and external stakeholders.
