About The Position

Palladium is currently seeking a fluent French speaker to fill the role of Senior Associate, Project Delivery (Francophone) to support implementation of the Translating Data for Implementation (Data.FI) award. Data.FI is a global project funded by the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the State Department. Data.FI partners with PEPFAR programs to accelerate and sustain access to high-quality data to expedite HIV epidemic control and maintenance. This is a project role with duration until March 31, 2026, with possibility of extension.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in French
  • Previous experience managing projects or activities that required high quality organizational, financial, or managerial skills
  • Financial acumen and the ability to interpret and analyze financial reports
  • Experience supporting work implementing USAID or other donor funded projects

Responsibilities

  • Support project start-up and close-out, including office setup and lease finalization
  • Act as liaison between corporate services, senior managers, project teams, and compliance hubs
  • Maintain project management documentation and track progress against work plans
  • Lead internal and external reporting, including risk assessments and client deliverables
  • Monitor and escalate project risks and issues to leadership as needed
  • Develop and implement compliant subcontractor and grants management procedures
  • Manage PMU administration: agendas, notes, calendars, and task tracking
  • Anticipate project needs and recommend process improvements
  • Train and mentor new and junior PMU staff
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies across all operational areas
  • Lead procurement and contract management, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Assist with internal financial reporting and tasks including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, reviewing partner and vendor invoices, and any other ad hoc financial reporting assignments
  • Coordinate HR functions with field staff including recruitment, onboarding, and staff mobilization
  • Maintain project data systems for staff and consultants
  • Contribute to company growth by supporting well-managed projects, ensuring Palladium is seen positively by clients for consideration in future business development
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Benefits

  • Full-time equivalent annual base salary expected to range from $66,000 to $72,500
  • Eligible for additional, variable incentive compensation dependent on the role
  • Hybrid working model with 3 days in office, 2 days from home
