We're seeking a future team member for the role of AV Events Tech to join AV Events and Design team. This role is located in Pittsburgh (4 days a week).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
• 4 - 6 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
• Experience in audio systems and live sound mixing/maintenance such as wireless lavaliers and handheld systems
• Adept knowledge and understanding of video routing systems and signal flow
• Proven problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains AV production equipment on a day-to-day basis including control room, production workspaces, video and audio equipment
• Conducts technical logistic consultation and information gathering and documentation
• Demonstrates customer service with follow-up and follow-through on incidents
• Assists AV Operations team with troubleshooting of video conference equipment and systems
• Executes hybrid events/meetings using webcast platforms such as MS Teams, Webex and GlobalMeet.
