We are seeking a Senior Associate of Product Marketing & Growth for Eko+ Membership to play a critical role in driving growth, engagement, and retention for Eko's software subscription business. This individual contributor role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on execution, takes strong ownership of initiatives, can dive deep into data, and enjoys working cross-functionally to turn strategy into measurable results. In this role, you will own Eko+ messaging and positioning across surfaces - including website, in-app, lifecycle, and post-purchase experiences - and lead go-to-market messaging for key product launches. You will design and execute growth initiatives end-to-end, using experimentation, customer insights, and performance data to improve Eko+ trial sign-ups, paid conversion, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with Provider Marketing, Product, Software, and Customer Experience teams to build and evolve the Eko+ growth roadmap, run experiments across the funnel, and ensure that Eko+ value is clearly articulated and consistently delivered throughout the customer journey. This role offers meaningful ownership, visibility, and impact at a pivotal stage of Eko's growth.
